Group Chairman

Ch. Farrukh Raza is the Group Chairman of Gandhara Properties and the visionary at the centre of DHA Gandhara Lake District — the official MOU holder and largest land provider for the project.

A highly reputed and influential figure in Pakistan's real estate landscape, his track record includes contributions to landmark developments such as Bahria Town and Capital Smart City. His work is defined by patient assembly — of land, of partners, of trust — over decades.

Under his direct involvement, DHA Gandhara has secured landmark memoranda with the Pakistan Cricket Board for Pakistan's largest cricket stadium, and with Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan, Chairman of Sardar Group and owner of Centaurus Mall Islamabad, for Pakistan's first international-standard theme park.

His mandate at Gandhara Properties: bring unmatched credibility, transparency and strategic direction to the delivery of a 32,000+ kanal master-planned waterfront city on the M-2.
